The Background

SR Dental is a leading dental surgery based in Scotland. They approached the Grenade team to redesign their brand, create leads and improve SEO rankings.

The surgery had excellent patient reviews and clearly cared about their patients, we wanted to make this the heart of the campaign message.

The Strategy

We had several goals to meet with this campaign, including generating leads and traffic, while also building brand awareness.

We got started by redesigning the company logo after several discovery meetings with the client to determine the future vision of the practice.

We broke down our strategy into 3 phases, Brand Awareness, Social, and Search.

We created an automated funnel with a lead magnet showing people how to ‘avoid the dentist’ which was powerful message coming from a dentist who really care about it’s patients.

The automation funnel offered useful information, special offers and advice from the SR Dental team.

The second phase was SEO, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the website and made technical changes as required, improving the website speed and performance. We then created new content to build SEO optimised landing pages.

Next, we created video and image media content for social media ads which were designed to create leads and were run on Facebook and Instagram.

Along with this we setup a Google PPC campaign to drive traffic to landing pages to generate leads.

The Results

The multi-channel strategy was consistantly measured to make adjustments and improve results throughout each phase of the campaign.

The strategy generated excellent results across multiple fronts. The SEO strategy has been very successful and the website now ranks at the top of search results for all targetted competitive keywords. This has increased web traffic by 800%.

The Facebook ads began generating implant leads immediately, with around 30 in the first week, this increased quicker than the practise could follow up and so we had to slowed down the campaign.

Google ads were used to drive traffic to the website where we had setup a landing page. This resulted in an increase is calls and leads coming in from the website which followed with new patient appointments.
